Audience ResearchHow did people choose what type of music they listening to, for me, i usually just ramdomly pick a song on youtube, also friendgroup is quite a reason for me to listen centain type of song. But the most straight forward way to make me listen to a music is the promotion of the song from TV or radio, and a good music video.
A good music video do makes such a differences. Have you ever feel when you listen to the song without the music video makes the song less interesting then with it? So nowadays people dont usually just download the soundtrack they also download the video with it cause there is many phone can watch mp4 and you can watch them online like 'Youtube' or other music video channels. In my opinion, bright colour video interested me more cause i dont really like moddy but depends on the songs, and i really like watching music video with many movement like dance or some scientific effects.
